The weather will be changeable and at times somewhat unsettled during the first half of the week, but in the second half of the week, a strong high-pressure system will once again take hold. Tuesday will bring mostly cloudy skies for a time; any brief breaks in the clouds in the morning will quickly close up. A weak disturbance will move in from the southwest in the course of the afternoon, increasing the risk of showers starting in the late afternoon. In some areas, the showers may be heavy, though the likelihood of thunderstorms is low. Light to moderate precipitation is expected overnight into Wednesday. The snow line will remain above 2,000 meters above sea level. On Wednesday, we’ll start the day with the remnants of a weak disturbance. These will clear up by noon, but with occasional sunshine, larger cumulus clouds and perhaps the occasional shower may form again. By Thursday, flawless sunny weather will return and stick around for a while.
