Join our team at the hotel reception and be the first point of contact for our guests. Whether it's check-in, information, or assistance – you’ll ensure that our guests feel comfortable from the very first moment.
Your tasks:
• Friendly reception and check-in of our guests
• Handling reservations and inquiries
• Ensuring a smooth operation at the reception
• Assisting guests with any questions or concerns
• Working closely with other departments to make our guests' stay as pleasant as possible
What you bring:
• Experience in reception or guest services (preferred but not required)
• Friendly and service-oriented demeanor
• Organizational skills and enjoyment in working with people
• Good German and English skills; additional languages are a plus
• Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
