Arrival & Departure

Our rooms are available for check-in from 2:00 pm on your day of arrival.
We kindly ask you to vacate your room before 10:00 am on your day of departure.

Early bird discount!

Up to 90 days before your arrival, you will receive our early booking discount of 3%

Rates for children (in their parents' room)

• Children 0-3 years € 0,-
• Children 4-6 years € 85,-
• Children 7-15 years € 105,-
• Children 16 years and older € 130,-

The prices are per child, per night, including half board.

Pets only by prior arrangement

Your pet is welcome in our hotel for a surcharge of € 30.00 per day (without nutrition).
Pets are not permitted in our stone pine rooms, as well as in the dining area, garden and pool area.

Payment conditions

Please pay for your stay no later than on your day of departure. We accept cash, MasterCard, Visa and EC cards.

Cancellation

The General Terms & conditions of the Austrian hotel industry shall apply.

Our cancellation terms vary depending on the duration of your stay. More detailed information can be found in your offer or booking confirmation.

We recommend buying adequate travel cancellation insurance with the
